Please note, that this appointment request form is for Menopause appointment requests only and is not for general queries or emergencies. If you have a query, please contact our reception team at 058-61686 to discuss your options. In the case of an emergency, please call 999.

An initial consultation is €250 total. A €100 deposit secures your appointment and the remaining €150 is payable on the day. No payment is taken online. All appointments are confirmed by the clinic.

We do not typically require blood tests for women aged 45 to 60, as menopause diagnosis primarily relies on your symptoms. However, if you fall below the age of 45 or exceed 60, additional investigations or blood tests may be necessary, if deemed appropriate during your consultation.

Follow-up menopause consultations are €150.

Please note that we do not conduct menopause consultations via telehealth.

On the day of your appointment, you will be asked to complete a Munster Menopause Clinic Registration Form.

Should you need to amend or cancel your appointment we kindly request that you contact us more than 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-show appointments will forego their deposit.
